Review:Glowing imperial purple, this is as ever a high-class version of Gevrey. The nose takes some coaxing, not least because the fruit is so well balanced: there are one or two darker notes but it is predominantly an intense red fruit, on the cusp of raspberry and strawberry with very good acidity.
