Review:The 2023 Riesling is from the younger vines and lower reaches of the Grosse Lagen of Höllberg and Heerkretz, all fermented spontaneously in both stainless steel and wood. Exquisitely aromatic Seville orange and bergamot peel come with a sexy touch of flint. The palate is all juiciness, energy and elan, flowing with abandon and spraying with fruit, aroma, purity and freshness. This is incredibly lively, bone-dry and vivid. (Bone-dry)
