Review:The 2019 Malbec Terroir Series Finca Coletto from El Peral, Uco Valley was aged for 18 months in new French barrels. Purple in the glass. The perfumed nose offers violets, black tea, cedar and sandalwood with fresh plum and a hint of sour cherry. The 2019 is at its best in the mouth with a relaxed and voluminous palate, a taut texture, balanced, juicy freshness, finely grained tannins and a forthright, flavorful expression. This is a harmonious wine with enormous potential to improve in the bottle.
